2015 is a significant year for Australia and New Zealand representing the hundred year anniversary of the landings in Gallipoli. While this was one of many battles in World War One, it has huge significance for both of our nations.

What is the significance of ANZAC day one hundred years on?
Objectives and Goals:
To acknowledge, honor and respect the sacrifice of our soldiers in the various conflicts that they have fought in.
To celebrate the significance of the ANZAC relationship
To celebrate the significance and importance of ANZAC day
To share the importance of ANZAC day from the perspective of the students
To allow comparison of the value placed on our ANZAC heritage in both Australia and New Zealand
To provide an engaging learning opportunity.
To foster global collaboration
